What I'm going to show you today is a very simple and healthy oatmeal pancake recipe that is great if you're a bodybuilder or someone who's leading a healthy lifestyle. These oat pancakes contain virtually no saturated fat and are high in protein. So let's get started.

Yields: Around 1400kcal


  • 100g Oats
  • 2 Bananas
  • 2 Full eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Fat free Greek yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoons Peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon Flour


  1. Crack two eggs and put them in a blender.
  2. Also put bananas, oats, yoghurt, peanut butter and flour in the blender.
  3. Blend until you get a smooth batter.
  4. Pour the batter in the pan.
  5. Cook on low heat until it gets hard underneath (that's around 5-7 minutes), then turn over and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
  6. Serve with syrup/honey/jam or whatever you prefer and a cool cup of milk.
  7. You can also add berries when blending.

Served with honey and a cup of skimmed milk
