Oatmeal cookies tastes best with masala tea, made of cloves, peppercorn, cinnamon, saffron, almond and cumin. It is very delicious and healthy cookies, which contains more protein and fibre. Even though oats is a healthy diet, but children also like this very much.
- 125g Butter
- 250g Brown sugar
- 1 Large Egg
- 2g Cinnamon
- 190g Cake flour
- 5g Baking powder
- 375g Rolled oats
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg and mix well. Fold in remaining ingredients and mix well.
To Bake by Microwave
Place 6 teaspoons of mixture onto a sheet of baking paper on a heatproof dinner plate. Cook on HIGH for 1 minute and 10 seconds to 1 minute and 30 seconds. Allow to cool slightly on plate before removing and completely cooling on a wire rack. Repeat above procedure until all mixture is used.
Prepare biscuit dough as above. Remove turntable and roller ring. Preheat oven to 180 degree Celsius. Put teaspoonful of mixture onto a greased oven tray and press down lightly. Bake at 180 degree C for 12 to 15 minutes. Cool thoroughly on wire rack.
