This is a simple casserole begins with a basic mix and has all the flavors of Oktoberfest. But don't let the name fool you, it is yummy enough to eat year round!

1 pkg. Kraft Macaroni and Cheese Homestyle Classic Cheddar

5 Fresh Bratwurst Links such as Johnsonville

1 cup of Beer, Separated

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Place bratwurst in a frying pan on medium heat along with 1/2 cup of beer. Bring to a simmer and then cover with a lid. Cook for 10 minutes turning once. Remove lid and cook an additional 10 minutes turning frequently until bratwurst is browned.

Meanwhile, prepare macaroni and cheese according to package directions but replace milk with 1/2 cup of beer.

Slice sausage and mix in with prepared macaroni and cheese. Spread into a casserole dish. Top with shredded cheese and bread crumb topping. Bake in 425 degree oven for 10 minutes.
