Olive Oil Beauty Benefits

Body Oil – Rub it into your skin all over your body after bathing. It's loaded with vitamin E, which is great for healthy skin. It doesn't take much and has none of the harmful additives found in manufactured skin lotions and creams. It's also very effective to use in place of shaving cream.

Lips- Olive oil is not only great for dry skin. It's ideal for dry, cracked lips. It has natural healing properties. So you are not only providing needed moisture for your chapped lips, but therapeutic components as well.

Makeup Remover- Olive oil is a natural makeup remover that is also very effective. Its natural emollients soften and remove mascara, eyeliner, and other difficult to remove makeup. At the same time, you are giving your skin the benefits of olive oil's antioxidants and vitamins.

Repair Brittle Fingernails- If you have cracked, brittle fingernails, try olive oil. Just massage it into your nails and cuticles every night. You will see results within a week or so! If you want a somewhat manicured look, but still look natural, rub a bit of olive oil over your nails before you  go out. They will look buffed and shiny with no needed polish.

Treatment for Rough, Cracked Feet- If you're ashamed to show off your feet in public, try the wonder of olive oil. Just apply to your feet every night. Wear absorbent cotton socks to bed. It works way better than petroleum jelly or baby oil.

Bath Oil - For the same reasons mentioned above, a few drops of olive oil will do wonders for your skin. You will never use commercial bath oils again!

Natural Hair Treatment - Olive oil will work miracles on frizzy, dried out hair. All it takes is a drop or two, so don't overdo it! Just comb it through your hair. Wet or damp hair is best. Also, if you have flyaway hair in the winter, this olive oil beauty treatment works for it, too!

Great ideas. I am going to try it on my nails. Now that I am older, my nails seem to be dry.
