My fried chicken has orange in it which is very low in Saturated Fat, Cholesterol and Sodium. It is also a good source of Thiamine, Folate and Potassium, Calcium and a very good source of Vitamin C. It is one of the most popular beverages around so it surely made this dish very tasty and appealing. Basically fried chicken is full calories and cholesterol but the addition of orange juice will obviously affect calories quantity. Orange fried chicken is best for people who are weak in health.
