Oscar's Slow Cooker Chicken, Brown Rice, Mushroom Soup Casserole

Oscar's Slow- Cooker Recipe for Chicken, Brown Rice, Mushroom Soup Casserole:

IN just three hours, You can have the most delicious and scrumptious Chicken Dish, and it's quite simple as well, yet elegant.

Ingredients:... 2- 4 choice pieces of Chicken. with or without Bone. preferably 2 thighs, or 4 chicken legs. 1 can of Campbells Mushroom soup. 1 cup of Brown Rice. I cup water Salt and pepper, and a little parsley. other spices to your liking.

Cookware and Utensil's: 1 1/2 quart size Slow Cooker. Large cooking spoon. Serving Bowl.

Plug in Slow Cooker, and put in the Chicken and one cup of water. let heat up and then put in Rice and Mushroom Soup. Add Salt, Pepper and Parsley. Let cook fully, ( about 2-3 hours.) Chicken will fall apart. Remove from Slow Cooker while still hot and Serve in a suitable Serving Dish.

Don't forget to taste! Serves 2-4 people. This dish can also be packed into an insulated container and taken out on the road with you to later be eaten still hot!

      What a great recipe, very easy to follow, for those days we don't have a lot of time to cook! Sounds very hearty and delicious.
