Pizza crackers are something that I make when I invite my friends over to watch the game or some good movies on the big screen and the good thing about the pizza cracker there easy to make and it does not cost alt to make them.

Ingredients

1 6oz can of tomato paste

1 tablespoon of water

1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano leaves

1/2 teaspoon of dried basil leaves

1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder

36 crackers of your choice

Dash of pepper

20 pieces of pepperoni thinly sliced

1 cup of mozzarella cheese

Methods

In a small bowl blend together the tomato paste, water, oregano, basil, garlic powder and pepper.

Spread this mixture on one side of the cracker, covering completely with the tomato side up on a baking sheet.

Top with the pepperoni slices, sprinkle with cheese broil 5 inches from heat for 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese melts.

This is a good idea. I can think of some crackers that would make a good base for the toppings.
