Pan-Fried Salmon

Updated on March 1, 2013
5 stars from 2 ratings of Pan-Fried Salmon

Pan frying salmon is my favorite way of cooking salmon. It’s simple and fast and the crust that forms on the salmon seals all the juice and flavor, making the salmon melt-in-your-mouth delicious.

Thank you rajan. Salmon is very expensive around here too especially the wild salmon. It's a treat once in a while :).

Though I eat them rarely; they are too expensive out here, I find this recipe very easy to make. The dish looks delicious.

This is as simple as it gets Diane. You can squeeze some lemon juice over the salmon and serve it with salad, quick and healthy.

Ahhh... I'm sorry :( . Looking at food pictures makes one hungry. That's why I avoid it after certain time in the day, otherwise I will look like goodyear blimp.

Thank you Gail. That is exactly my goal to inspire others to cook at home. I grew up eating home cooked meals every day but I have a lot of relatives who never cook or their husbands cook. I say lucky you and them!!! I try to make my recipes simple so everyone can follow them. Thank you for your comments. What you are doing for your grandchildren is admirable. Hopefully that would be me one day.

I am not a good cook because I have never liked to cook. I have always thought a man's place is in the kitchen! LOL Since I have been a grandmother I have decided grandmothers are supposed to be able to made delicious things for their grandchildren. So, for the first time in my life I have decided to start cooking. You are the perfect person for me to follow. Your recipes are inspiring me.
