A Pancake Recipe You Will Never Forget
Ingredients
You will need:
- 2tbsp of butter
- 2 eggs
- 250g of flour
- 2tsp of baking powder
- 300ml of milk
- 150g sugar (optional)
Instructions
- To begin creating this delicious breakfast meal you must first add the flour and baking powder to a mixing bowl and mix them lightly.
- You must then create a well in your mixture. You do this by creating a space in the middle of your bowl.This can be done by moving the flour mix to the sides of the bowl.
- Add both of the eggs to the created well then pour the milk on top.
- Mix the the ingredients together thoroughly.
- Melt the butter in a pan and pour it into the mix (add the sugar now if you wish to include it).
- Stir the mixture together, It is now ready to go into the pan.
- Cook the pancakes on a medium low heat and flip them when you begin to see holes form on the top. They should be a golden / light brown colour.
- You may want to serve them with fruit, nuts or syrup but this is completely optional.
