Paneer capsicum do piazza

Quick and easy to make dish:-


150gm cottage cheese-cubed
1 tsp salt(or to taste)
1 capsicum chopped in big pieces
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
water to mix the batter
2 tbsp oil for frying
2 onions-chopped in big pieces
2 green chillies-thickly sliced(remove the seeds)
1 tbsp soya sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
1/4 tsp ajinomoto(optional)
coriander leaves to garnish
1 tsp sugar
3 tablespoon tomato puree
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp red chilli powder (may use less)
1/2 tsp turmeric powder


Heat the oil in a wok put the chopped onions garlic and ginger paste,fry till onions look wet add turmeric powder chili powder and garam masala .

Add the green chillies,and chopped capsicum, tomato puree and also add salt, soya sauce, vinegar, Ajino Moto and the cheese.

Mix well let it simmer for few minutes and serve hot garnished with some coriander leaves
