Instant coffee or espresso
Optional: cream or milk
Gather your coffee, sugar, spoon, mug and other ingredients such as cream or milk
Put about a tablespoon or two of your coffee in your mug, depending on how strong you want it to taste
Add your sugar, around the same amount as your coffee, unless you really like it sweet
Add a tiny amount of water to the mug, let your faucet drip-drip and only add a tiny bit at a time (you don't want the mixture to be watery, you want it to be similar to a paste)
Stir so the mixture turns into a paste (the more you stir, the lighter and smoother the paste will become)
Stir for a good two minutes in total and you will end up with the perfect consistency
Add your boiling water to about 3/4 of your mug and stir so the mixture dissolves completely. Add milk or cream and more sugar if you'd like.
There you have it: a perfect mug of smooth, creamy, delicious coffee!
