Quick and Easy, Light and Fluffy - Delicious!

I've never met anyone that didn't love a good parfait. They make the perfect dessert for people that don't have a lot of time to spend in the kitchen yet they taste so decadent!

S'mores Parfait

Crush graham crackers with a rolling pin on waxed paper. Sprinkle about 2 - 3 tablespoons of crushed crackers into bottom of parfait glass. Top with chocolate pudding (about 1/5 of glass). Add either mini-marshmallows or marshmallow fluff - your preference - (about 1/5). Repeat the steps, ending with a final layer of chocolate pudding and mini chocolate chips on top. Sprinkle with scant amount of crushed graham crackers.

Berry Parfait

This is a great recipe if you're looking to keep it simple and healthy. It's as simple as alternating layers of whipped cream and fresh berries. Strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries make the perfect parfait fruits.
