Parmesan Fish Fillets
Total time 30 min.
1/4 cup egg substitute ( or one egg)
1 tbls. milk (fat free ?)
1/3 cup grated Parmsan cheese
2 tbls. all-purpose flour
2 tilapia fillets (5 oz. each)
Directions : Yield 2 servings @ 196 calories
In a shallow bowl, combine egg and milk. In another shallow bowl,combine Parmesan cheese and flour. dip fillets in egg mixture, then coat with cheese mixture.
Place on a baking sheet coated with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork...:O)
