Tis the season for Peaches..and here is a lovely drink to share :o)

1 cup pureed fresh peaches...(frozen or canned work too)

1 cup ice

1/3 cup canned pineapple juice

1/4 cup lemonade concentrate (undiluted)

1/1/2 cups club soda

fresh mint for garnish

In a blender, at high speed, whiz together the peaches, ice, pineapple juice, and lemonade concentrate until smooth, then stir in the club soda. Pour into glasses and garnish each with a mint sprig...

They have the best fresh peaches a few towns over from me. I will definitely try this after I take the kids peach picking. I can't even eat the ones in the grocery store anymore. I look forward to August and September every year because of their amazing peaches. And the peach festival is this weekend.

This sounds oh, so yummy! G-Ma, is there any particular kind of liqour you'd suggest to go with this? My boyfriend makes a killer sangria and I'd like to "one-up" him as it were, or at least be on par! This is the first recipe I have seen that might be possible to do it with...
