Tis the season for Peaches..and here is a lovely drink to share :o)
Serves 4...69 calories...
1 cup pureed fresh peaches...(frozen or canned work too)
1 cup ice
1/3 cup canned pineapple juice
1/4 cup lemonade concentrate (undiluted)
1/1/2 cups club soda
fresh mint for garnish
In a blender, at high speed, whiz together the peaches, ice, pineapple juice, and lemonade concentrate until smooth, then stir in the club soda. Pour into glasses and garnish each with a mint sprig...
