Peanut butter banana popsicle‏

The summer is here in full force and it has been really hot but I cannot think of a better way to cool off than by enjoying a nice cold Popsicle that will cool the body down when you’re out here dealing with the sun. But what I really like about eating a cool is that it is something you can make at home and you can also make this a way to get your kids in the kitchen and make it a family thing.

So today I want to share with you my recipe on the popsicles I make for my kids it’s a tasty Peanut butter banana popsicle‏ that your kids will love and you will too because it’s easy to prepare.

Peanut butter banana popsicle‏

Ingredients

4 extra ripe bananas cut into 1 inch chunks

1/2 cup of smooth peanut butter

1/2 cup of low fat milk

1 tablespoon of brown sugar

1/4 teaspoon of salt

8 serving Popsicle mold

Methods

Making these popsicles can be very easy just Combine all ingredients in a stand up mixer then Process until the mixture is completely smooth and cream make sure to scrap the size down then evenly spoon the ice cream mixture into the 8 serving popsicle mold, insert the popsicle stick into the popsicle mold and freeze until sold, about 8 hours. Remove from freezer and serve and enjoy.
