Peanut Butter Pie Recipe

Here is a recipe for a delicious peanut butter pie that you and your family are sure to love. It really is a simple recipe and the pie is delicious the way it is but you can jazz it up as you serve it if you want to by drizzling chocolate syrup over each piece of pie as you serve it.

For your peanut butter pie recipe you will need.

1. 1 Graham Cracker Pie Shell

2. 2 Ounces Philadelphia Cream Cheese

3. 1 Cup Sifted Confectioners Sugar

4. 1/3 Cup of Half and Half

5. 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

6. 1 1/2 Cups of Whipping Cream

7. 1 Cup Smooth Peanut Butter.

You will want to use an electric mixer to mix the cream cheese, sugar, cream, peanut butter and vanilla. Chill a small glass bowl and the electric mixer beaters in the freezer. Whip the cream until it is very stiff in the chilled bowl. Mix your whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture and with a spoon rake it into the graham cracker pie shell and smooth it off on top. Refrigerate at least 8 hours before you slice and serve. This peanut butter pie is so delicious. Try it and please post a comment below and let us know how you liked it.
