Peanut Butter Triangles
1-1/2 c flour

1/2 t. baking soda

3/4 c. peanut butter

1/2 c softened butter

1/2 c. sugar or granulated Splenda

2/3 c brown sugar

1 egg

1 t vanilla

1 bag semi-sweet chocolate chips or chunks

Combine flour & baking soda in small bowl. In a larger bowl, combine peanut butter, butter, and sugars and beat until creamed. Beat in egg & vanilla, and then beat in the flour mixture. Stir in the chocolate chips or chunks. Press into a 13 x 9 pan. Bake at 350° 18-20 minutes or until center is set. Cool in pan completely, then cut into triangles.

These things are GOOD. The kids especially love them!
