Sharing some of our families most favorite recipes anyone can prepare with ease!

I don't know about you or your family, but we get awful tired of having the same old boring meals and side dishes every night. Sometimes, all it takes to spice it up a bit is adding just a little twist to even the most basic foods. Not everyone is a big fan of peas BUT magically when you add bacon to it seems you have a game changer on your hands! These are even better the next day for leftovers!

  1. Melt butter in large frying pan
  2. Saute shallots and bacon until tender
  3. Add frozen peas and beef stock. Simmer for 15 minutes

  • 1 Shallot, Chopped
  • 3 slices Pancetta or Canadian Bacon, Chopped
  • 2T Butter
  • 1/4 Beef Stock

Cook Time

Prep time: 20 min
Ready in: 20 min
