Pepper Bacon, Egg and English Muffin Sandwich

Sandwiches With Bacon

I don't know about you but anything that's cook with bacon has to be good, but if you want to make it spicy just forget the hot sauce just use some pepper bacon, that's right pepper bacon,.

Pepper Bacon is just like regular but with cracked pepper around the edges , the flavor together is so good when you start eating it you can not stop. So today I want to share with you a recipe that I make for my family, it's a pepper bacon and eggs topped cheddar cheese on a english muffin, come on make this great tasting sandwich for you and your family tonight.

Pepper Bacon, Egg on English Muffin

Bacon Goodness

Pepper Bacon, Egg and English Muffin Sandwich


cooking spray

20 slices of pepper bacon

4 english muffins, split and toasted

5 large eggs

4 ounces of cheddar cheese

1/2 tbsp table salt

1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper

1 medium plum tomato, cut into 8 slices

Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium-high heat. Add pepper bacon, cook, turning once, until lightly browned, about 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Remove bacon from skillet and place one piece on each english muffin bottom.

Off heat, coat same skillet with cooking spray; place over medium heat. In a bowl, beat whole eggs, cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper until blended; pour into skillet and scramble just until set but not dry, about 1 1/2 minutes.

Place 1/4 of eggs on top of bacon on each muffin bottom. Top and 2 slices tomato; cover with english muffin tops. Yields 1 sandwich per serving.

      I load them with every conceivable combination of breakfast ingredients and savor each bite as all of the loose and liquid components drip out the other side onto my shirt!

      Looks Delish, Pepper bacon is my favorite!! Might have to try this with tomato.
