Perfect Easy Crepe Recipe

The easiest crepe possible to make, with only 3 ingredients this is a great tasting and also healthier option.


1 Egg

Flour to consistency

Milk to consistency


1. Crack the egg into the bowl and whisk

2. Add milk (depending on how much you are making, around 1/4 cup)

3. Add flour until you get a thick watery consistency

4. Grease the pan lightly and be quick putting the batter on so it does not burn

5. put enough in medium sized pan to coat 3/4 of it, move the pan around letting the batter slide to the uncoated parts of pan

6. Let cook until the edges turn a little brown and it separates itself from the pan, than carefully flip it and cook the other side for about 15 seconds.

7. Take it off the pan and serve with whatever you want (my favorite is sugar and lemon)
