Perfect Rotisserie Pork Tenderloin

Rotisserie Pork Tenderloin Recipe

I have always really enjoyed pork tenderloin. I consider it to be the salsbury steak of pork, due to its texture and taste. I just recently made a whole pork tenderloin on our rotisserie and it was amazing! I took a few different recipes and modified them to fit my tastes. The seasonings I used are perfect for bringing out the flavor in the meat. I recommend everyone to try it, its easy and delicious.

Rotisserie Pork Tenderloin

2 ½-3 lb Whole pork tenderloin

2 tablespoons minced onion

2 tablespoons garlic salt

1 tablespoon salt

1 tablespoon pepper

2 tablespoons oregano

Add minced onion, garlic salt, salt, pepper, and oregano evenly onto the raw pork tenderloin. Rub in.

Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Tie up pork tenderloin as needed.

Place on rotisserie and cook until internal temperature reaches 160F. (60-75 minutes)

(Mashed potatoes, green beans, and mushroom gravy compliment this dish well)
