Philly Cheese Steak Pie
Philly Cheesesteak Pie Recipe
You will need to start with a deep dish 9 inch pre baked pie shell.
You will need a package of the Philly Cheese Steak meat sold in the frozen foods section of your grocery store. To that meat on a grill or in a large skillet you will want to add.
1 Purple Sweet Onion Peeled And Cut Into Thin Strips.
1 Carton of Button Mushrooms Sliced Very Thin.
2 Large Roasted Bell Peppers Sliced Thin Into Thin Strips.
Mix all of the above together well and add the below.
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil.
1 Teaspoon Salt.
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper.
1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic.
1 Teaspoon Ground Cayenne Pepper.
Cook stirring often until your meat and onions are done. Place all your cooked ingredients into your pre cooked 9 inch deep dish pie shell. Now you want to add the below.
1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese.
1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese.
Mix your cheeses together before you place your cheese on top of the Philly Cheesesteak Pie. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees until the cheese is well melted.
This is one of the best meat pies you will ever eat.
