  • 2 pounds Shredded steak, Cut in Strips
  • 1 pound Provolone, Cut in strips
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Green pepper, Cut in strips
  • 1 jar Queso dip
  1. Chop the meat into tine peices
  2. Slice the green pepper
  3. Butter the pan and put in the onion
  4. Brown the meat along with the peppers
  5. When brown wrap the ingredients in the egg rolls along with the cheese
  6. Deep fry until light brown
  7. Serve with queso dip
