Pineapple Caramel Brownies
These brownies are a delight plain or with a little bit of ice cream, try it at your next holiday meal.

- 1 can Pineapple chunks, chopped bite-size
- 1 package Duncan Hines brownie mix
- 10 pieces Brach's caramel chews
- 1/2 Cup Egg nog
- 1/8 tsp. Cinammon
- 1 capful Vanilla Extract
- Unwrap caramel chews and place in pot with the egg nog and cinammon and vanilla extract. Place stove on low heat and cook until caramel is melted and ingredients are combined.
- Follow instructions on brownie mix but don't add the water the consistency will come from the egg nog mixture. Chop pineapple into bite-size chunks and add to brownie mix. Next add the caramel egg nog mixture. Combine well and spread onto greased 13 by 9 cooking pan.Cook for 40 to 50 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Let Cool and Enjoy!
