Pistachio Dessert & Banana Dessert

Pistachio Rabri:

Ingredients:

Pistachio:250gms

Khoya:1 cup

Milk:3 cup

Cardamom powder:1 tsp

Sugar:1/3 cup

Silver foil


Method:

Heat the milk till it boils.

Add sugar and Khoya to it.

And cook till milk becomes half in quantity.

To the milk now add cardamom powder.

Slice the pistachio into thin pieces and add to it.

Remove the milk container from the stove.

Keep aside to cool.

Now garnish the pistachio rabdi with silver foil on top.

Now we go for Banana Kheer!!

Ingredients:

Milk: 3 Kg

Rice:250gms

Banana:8

Sugar:700gms

Khoya:1/4 kg


Method:

Peel the bananas and mash them.

Wash the rice thoroughly and soak in the milk in a desired container.

Allow it to cook on the stove.

Then add khoya and the banana mash in the grinder and grind it.

Then remove and add sugar to it.

After the sugar melts remove it from the stove.

Garnish with almonds and raisins.

Enjoy!
