Poor Mans Lasagna

Updated on August 2, 2012

This is a great Lasagna for a family on a strict budget. It's quick and easy to make and less messy then traditional lasagna. Most of the ingredients you probably already have around the kitchen.

Oh, another recipe I'll have to try out some day. I've never made lasagna. I don't have the gumption to; but I suppose I could start with something like this. I can't wait to try it!
