Potato Bacon Cheese Soup
This is my absolute favorite soup that I make from scratch. However, some of it you have to figure out on your own because I don't use a perfect recipe.
1 Small box of Velveeta Cheese or 1/2 a normal box
2 cans of chicken broth
half a package of bacon
1/4 cup flour (this isn't precise)
can of potatoes sliced
butter or margarine (maybe a stick)
1 tbsp of garlic
Take your flour or corn starch, your butter and your milk and make a thick white gravy-like substance. Add the velveeta cheese until it thickens. Add two cans of chicken broth. Take cooked bacon and break it up into soup. Add potatoes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add garlic. Also add three tbsps of bacon grease.
Let cool for about five minutes. Makes awesome soup.
