Pumpkin Pie Fudge

  • 3 Cups Sugar
  • 2/3 Cup Evaporated Milk
  • 3/4 Cup Butter, (Melted)
  • 2 Tablespoons Corn Syrup
  • 1/2 Cup Canned Pumpkin
  • 1 Teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 (12 Ounce) Package White Chocolate Chips
  • 1 (7 Ounce) Jar Marshmallow Creme
  • 1 Cup Pecans, (Chopped and Toasted)
  • 1 Teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
  1. In a sauce pan stir together Sugar, Butter, Canned Pumpkin, Corn Syrup, Pumpkin Pie Spice and White Chocolate Chips together. Stir constantly until it comes to a boil. Keep stirring for about 10 minutes.
  2. Remove sauce pan and stir in the remaining ingredients (Marshmallow Creme. Pecans, and Pure Vanilla Extract.) Pour into a greased and tin foil lined 9 Inch pan. Let stand until completely cool (2 Hours or so). Enjoy this amazing fudge! :)
