Italian Chicken Sandwiches

Yields: Serves 4 to 6


  • 4 Chicken breast, boneless
  • 1/3 cup Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon White pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1- 45 oz. container Spaghetti sauce, Traditional flavor
  • 4 slices Provolone cheese
  • 4 to 6 Italian Sub rolls


  1. Cut chicken breast into 1/2 inch thick strips. Rub sea salt, white pepper and garlic powder into chicken strips.
  2. Pour evoo into large sauce pan or pot and pan fry chicken for 30 minutes or until completely done.
  3. Add the spaghetti sauce to cooked chicken strips. Grab a roll & lay a slice of provolone onto sub roll . Spoon Italian chicken on top of cheese. Enjoy :)
