Quick and Simple Palak Paneer (Spinach Subzi) Recipe

Ingredients

  • 200 gm Paneer Cube
  • 1 Bunch Palak (Spinach)
  • 2 Medium Tomato, Chopped
  • 4-5 Cloves Garlic
  • 3 Green Chilli
  • 1 Medium Onion, Chopped
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 Tablespoon Chilli Powder
  • Oil
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Boil palak, garlic ,& green chilli in 2 cups of water till it is done. Drain water and keep it aside.drained
  2. Grind this with Tomato to make a coarse paste.
  3. Shallow fry the paneer cubes.
  4. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and chopped onions.Saute the onion till it becomes brown.
  5. Add the masala powders & stir for 5 minutes.
  6. Add palak paste & salt. Add drained water to adjust consistency. Mix it well and boil for 2 minutes.
  7. Add paneer cubes and close the lid for another 2 minutes. Serve hot with naan or roti or rice.
