This simple recipe from the traditional Italian cuisine is suitable for ladies who have little time to prepare a main dish and it's very tasty with very low calories.
Pasta is the most commonly food used in Italian cuisine, coupled with the sugar pan and bacon makes a tasty and nutritious dish.

Ingredients

for two persons

200 g of "Sedanini" (tipe of pasta, More slender then penne, and a bit firmer feeling.
)

half shallot

200 g of sugar pan

200 g mushrooms Champignon

100 g of sweet bacon

Parmesan Cheese q.b.

extra virgin olive oil q.b.

salt & pepper

Buon Appetito

Preparation

Clean the sugar pan and cut into strips.

Peel shallots, mince it, fry it with an extra little oil, add the bacon and stew it all for 5 minutes then add the mushrooms and continue cooking for another 5 minutes, add at this point the sugar pan, cover the pan, salt and pepper, turn off the flame.
Cook the "Sedanini" in salted water, drain, amalgamate and sprinkled with parmesan cheese (for a more rustic flavor, stir in pecorino cheese).
