Benefits of Cacao

Cacao has:

  • Magnesium
  • Calcium
  • Potassium
  • Selenium

Ingredients

  • 1/2 +2 T. Coconut Oil
  • 3/4 C. Almond flour
  • 1/2 C. Dehydrated coconut
  • 3/4 C Raw Cacao
  • 1/2 t. Sea salt
  • 3/4 t. Organic vanilla
  • 3 T. Maple syrup
  • 1/2 C Raw almond butter
  • 1/2 C. Raw blue agave
  1. Warm coconut oil until liquid at very low heat.A dehydrator works well. Mix 1/2 C. raw cacao, almond flour, salt, and dehydrated coconut. Add 1 T. coconut oil, 1/4 C.agave, 1/2 t. vanilla and 2 T. Maple syrup. Mix and press into loaf pan. Place in freezer for 5 minutes.
  2. Mix almond butter with 1/4 C. agave, 1/4 t. vanilla, 1/4 C. coconut oil, and 1/4 t. sea salt. Mix thoroughly with ship. Pour over mixture pressed in pan. Cool in freezer for 10 minutes.
  3. Combine 1/4 C. raw cacao, 1/4 C.coconut oil, pinch of salt, and 1 T. maple syrup. Stir with thoroughly with whip. Pour over cold layers of crust and filling. Cut into bars before it fully freezes.
