Recipe for making home made ice cream

To avoid going to the shop or supermarket to use extra cash and energy in buying ice cream, here’s a simple way of making ice cream in your kitchen.

The ice cream will constitute of milk cream (that you have accumulated in a jar for a while), margarine, sugar, and vanilla.

First put the cream in the cooking bowl halfway, and heat it at a medium temperature for 4 – 5 minutes, then you add a teaspoon of margarine and mix gently for one 1 – 2 minutes. After mixing, you simmer the heat.

Later you add a teaspoon of vanilla, and three table spoons of sugar. Mix the combination for two minutes.

Put off the gas cooker, and wait for the mixture to cool, but not allowing it to be thick.

You can choose any shape you want your ice cream to be, by pouring it into hollow shapes of your choice.

Finally you put your end result in the refrigerator in the deep freezer section, and give the mixture time to change into ice cream for 3 – 4 hours.
