The Aluminum Pie Pan Lifter keeps a flimsy store bought pie from spilling over and burning!

The CCW Aluminum Pie Pan Lifter is just one of the handy custom products that you will find at this unique on line general store. As we begin to feel crisp mornings and the kick off of the football season, the thoughts of the Holidays are just around the corner. Pecan and pumpkin Pies bubbling from the oven is very much part of the Holiday season. As many purchase ready to bake pies or use ready made crust in an aluminum pan putting them in the oven is the easy part, taking them out is a different story.

Here is the problem, you are ready to remove the ready to bake pie from the over, but the flimsy aluminum pan does not allow you to easily remove it without spilling hot juices into the oven or on to your arms. Now you can quickly slip this spatula in under the pan and use the 11" Handel to easily and safely remove the pie.

Either the pie contents have become heavier over the years or the aluminum has become thinner, we all know manufactures are going to save where they can. The issue of trying to remove these hot bubbling pies level from a hot oven has become more challenging, especially as we age.

The general plan of attack is to pull the oven rack out as far as possible and then use hot pads and attempt to lift both sides of the pan, this approach causes the pan to droop in the center potentially spilling hot filling into the oven or on to the arms creating potential for burns. The other plan is to lift up one edge and slide a pizza pan under the pie. Generally those pans have a built up edge that still requires the pie pan to be tilted just enough to pour hot liquid off the back side.

The CCW Aluminum Pie Pan Lifter was developed by the Amish to provide a solution to this problem. It is a thin metal shovel designed to slide under pans and quickly remove them level from a hot oven. It can be used on regular metal pie pans as well.

The Pie Pan lifter will accommodate up to an 8” round pan, thus it can be used on the small chicken pot pies and small personal pizzas as well.

Spatula size is 8 x 7-1/2 with an 11” handle. Priced at $14.95
