Review of Barber Foods Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Convenience of Frozen Foods

I think that anyone here reading this article has relied upon frozen foods for nurishment at one time or another. They are fairly convenient, you're pretty certain of what you're getting and it's a lot less expensive than fast foods.

According to the website Statista, which provides a variety of statistical data, Americans spend an annual of $145.17 a year on frozen prepared foods - which to mean seems low. Doing some math, if the average frozen meal costs $4, that would mean about 35 frozen dinners a year. That seems low and perhaps a reader can help enlighten me.

Either way, the foods are convenient because you don't have to do any prep work or wash dishes. They are probably a little cheaper than putting a few ingredients together - mashed potatoes, gravy, a vegetable and a meat product.

And honestly, they don't taste that bad...usually.

Health Options?

One thing is for certain however, that frozen foods usually are not that healthy. Carbs, cholesterol, calories and sodium are some of the major culprits that you will find embedded in these tasty products.

If you are a dibetic, looking to loose weight, or care about your heart, then these options are a guilty pleasure that could definitely prove dangerous to your well-being.

Of course there are some exceptions. Frozen kale can probably be found in the vegetable section and if you add some organic milk to it, you have a breakfast much healthier than instant oatmeal.

Broccoli Cheese

Broccoli Filling

Well, I can tolerate broccoli, but it isn't my favorite.

My expectations for this variety were a little higher than what I experienced.

It wasn't bad, but it certainly is not something I would go out of my way to taste. The inside was a bit soggy - the meat and the broccoli was kind of mushy. Probably like its supposed to be.

One of the reasons why it wasn't appealing is probably because it is much healthier. My favorite is the garlic butter, but that is chock full of calories and things that are bad for you.

If you like your chicken healthier, then this is for you.
