2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 teaspoons oyster sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1 cup white cabbage, chopped into triangles improvisation
1 cup purple cabbage, chopped into triangles improvisation
1 / 2 red bell pepper
1 / 2 yellow bell pepper
1 / 2 green bell pepper
10 mini corns
2 red tomatoes
1 white onion
3 Thai green onion
5 onion chives (purlog), for garnish
2 lovage leaves (lovstikke), for garnish

Thinly sliced ​​beef, 1 / 2 onion cut about 1 cm thick, upon the length, green onion flavor, pepper, salt and sugar. Mix marinate for about 10 minutes
Mini corns intact, other vegetables sliced ​​average
Heat pan on high heat with a tablespoon of cooking oil

Add marinated beef to the pan and stir fry quickly in 3 minutes, then remove from pan.

Place the pan on the stove again, add a tablespoon of cooking oil, wait until the oil heats up the onion and stir fry for 30 seconds then add the vegetables to the pan and stir fry for about 5 minutes.

Pour the oyster sauce and pepper, mix well
Add the onion, the shallot, finely chopped, stir again

Garnish with the chives, lovage leaves.

This dish should be served hot and eaten with white rice
