Schezwan Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg Chicken, Sliced
  • 1 Capsicum, Julian Cut
  • 1/2 Carrot, Julian Cut
  • 1/2 Cabbage, Sliced
  • 1 Onion, Sliced
  • 1 tbsp Ginger, Chopped
  • 1 tbsp Galic, Chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Oil
  • 1/2 Cup Ketchup
  • 1 Egg white, Beaten
  • 2 tsp Cornflour
  • 1 tbsp White Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Chilli Oil
  • 1/2 Packet Penne Pasta, Boiled
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce

Preparation

  • Boil half packet of pasta and keep it aside.
  • Cut all the vegetables and keep them aside too.
  • To marinate chicken:
  • In a bowl add chicken, egg white, 1/2 tbsp white pepper, cornflour and 1/2 tbsp salt. Mix them and keep it for 15 minutes.

Intructions

  1. In a pan heat oil, add ginger and garlic in it. Fry till they are golden brown.
  2. Now add onions and cook it for a minute. Then add the marinate chicken and cook until the chicken is tender.
  3. Add ketchup, salt, sugar, white pepper, vinegar, soy sauce to the chicken and mix it.
  4. Now add all the vegetables and cook it for 2 minutes. Take the pasta and mix it in the chicken and vegetables.
  5. Lastly add chilli oil and mix everything together.
  6. Your pasta is ready to be served.
