Cast your vote for Self-contained pepper appetizers

Getting creative with appetizers can be stressful. Making sure that everyone has a plate, napkin, and utensils can make you lose your mind.

At the last party we had, I had purchased some small peppers and was looking for a creative way to have some fun.

I came up with this self-contained appetizer (or snack, or lunchbox addition) that looked cute and was easy to serve.

  • dozen small peppers
  • 1/2 cup any dip/dressing
  • 1-2 cups cut up celery, carrots, pea pods,etc...
  • pretzels/crackers
  1. Cut tops off of small peppers.
  2. Add spoonful of dip into bottom of pepper.
  3. Place carrot, pea pod, or celery stick inside of the pepper. You can even use pretzel sticks or thin crackers if you want.
  4. Enjoy!
