Self Contained Small Pepper Appetizers
Getting creative with appetizers can be stressful. Making sure that everyone has a plate, napkin, and utensils can make you lose your mind.
At the last party we had, I had purchased some small peppers and was looking for a creative way to have some fun.
I came up with this self-contained appetizer (or snack, or lunchbox addition) that looked cute and was easy to serve.
- dozen small peppers
- 1/2 cup any dip/dressing
- 1-2 cups cut up celery, carrots, pea pods,etc...
- Cut tops off of small peppers.
- Add spoonful of dip into bottom of pepper.
- Place carrot, pea pod, or celery stick inside of the pepper. You can even use pretzel sticks or thin crackers if you want.
