Simple Man Spaghetti

Updated on April 29, 2015

This is a very simple but very delicious spaghetti setup that cooks quickly with a limited amount of work. Great for getting a full meal done quickly.

  • Kielbasa
  • Green Pepper
  • Garlic
  • Mushrooms
  • Olives
  • Sauce

Set your stove top heat to a medium setting(See above picture). Any more heat than this and you can run in to burning the kielbasa. You should also start by boiling water and getting your spaghetti in.

Start by cutting the kielbasa into round pieces that you can place on to the heated pan.

Slice up the green pepper to any size you wish and just continually add what you cut to the pan. Your kielbasa will start to brown, so make sure you are continually moving the contents around with a spatula or other utensil. This will also help mesh the flavors together continually.

Next cut the mushrooms to the size that you enjoy and throw those into mix. Remember to continually stir the contents so that nothing gets stuck to the bottom and burns.

Add in your fresh chopped garlic and the olives and continue to stir the contents together.

After your ingredients have been allowed to fully cook together for about 5-7 minutes, smother them all in your favorite spaghetti sauce. Bring it all to a boil then turn down the heat to a simmer.

Strain the spaghetti you started earlier and add a little butter to the noodles and you are ready to serve dinner!

Interesting recipe! I think my boys would love it. I have never tried kielbasa or olives in spaghetti before but it sure looks good. Think I will give it a try!
