I just had to print this one out to add to my recipe collection. Your awesome smoked cheddar cheese ball recipe sounds like a great snack that I can prepare in a hurry when company is coming over on short notice. Your peppered herb cheese ball recipe sounds delightful as well.

I tried both of your cheese ball recipes, and the Peppered Herb Cheese Ball was good, but does not compare to the Smoked Cheddar Cheese Ball. That thing was off the hook!
