Blueberries are an incredible source of antioxidants, as well as a great source of vitamins! They also help boost immunity, and even boosts brain health! When blueberries are dried they can lose some of their antioxidants and they can have higher calories than fresh, but health benefits are still there and they are a great source of vitamin C which can help combat stress!

One of my favorites, cashews are a great source of Vitamin B and a natural source of tryptophan, an amino acid that can be converted into serotonin!
Dehydrated Bananas - One serving has roughly 90 calories
The great this about bananas is that they go well with so many other things, and they really tie this recipe together flavor wise, and they are also great for helping with anxiety as well! Bananas are a good source of tryptophan just like cashews!
Now Put It All Together!
Now find yourself a big bowl to pour everything into it, and don't forget to find a container or a plastic bag that you can store them in! Mix all the ingredients together in the ratio you think you want, and remember, the great thing about this recipe is that you can't mess up!
