Snow-Ball Cookies-Chocolate filled

Well I have have one more easy recipe for cookies and thought since it is quick I would share this one...My friend gave it to me a while back.....:o)

Ingredients:

1/2 lb. butter or margarine (butter's better )

1/2 cup sugar

1 teas. vanilla

2 cups sifted all-purpose flour

1 five oz. package of Hershey Kisses

Confectioner's sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Cream butter, sugar and vanilla.

Add flour, and blend well.

Shape dough around a Kiss, Roll into balls

Bake on ungreased cookie sheet until set but not brown. (about 12 min.)

Cover with Confectioners sugar while cookies are warm.....

      Easy recipes are the best ones. This looks yummy too, and I never would have thought of doing that with Hershey's kisses.

      Yes easy and good...If eaten warm the choco Kiss is nice and gooey...but otherwise..surprislingly they harden up.....still tasty tho...Thanks for your comment my dear...MERRY CHRISTMAS...snowing here big time..bbrrrrr G-Ma :o) Hugs

      don't beat too much...so allow it too be thick not too thin cause then the cookie flattens instead of staying in ball....It happened to a friend,,,but for me worked great....Have fun and sweet dreams of "sugar plums dancing in your head"...MERRY CHRISTMAS...G-Ma :o) hugs

      I added 1/4 cup Hersheys unsweetened chocolate and 1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts...delicious....
