Recipes and How to Make Fried Rice

Recipes and How to Make Egg Fried Rice

Material needed:

1. Adequate salt (to taste)
2. Cayenne pepper (to taste)
3. tomato sauce, hot sauce or soy sauce (to taste)
4. Adequate cooking oil and 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
5. 4 garlic cloves
6. 6 Shallots
7. 2 eggs
8. 2 white rice dishes
9. Flavoring if desired
10. Complementary: chicken, sausage, corned beef, shrimp, or according to each taste

How to cook:

Blend onion, garlic, chili and salt.
Pour in enough cooking oil into the frying pan and heat it.
After heat, add 2 tablespoons of sesame oil and then add the mashed seasoning
stir until it smells fragrant.
Beat the eggs then add and stir until cooked.
Add complementary ingredients to your taste, and stir until well blended and cooked.
Add white rice and stir until mixed with all the ingredients and complementary ingredients.
Add tomato sauce, spicy sauce, or soy sauce (to taste) stir until well blended.
If it smells good, remove the rice and serve it on a plate.
To be more interesting, egg fried rice can be added with lettuce, cucumber and crackers (to taste)
And Egg Fried Rice is ready to be served.


Mawut Fried Rice (East Java)

Ingredients for 2 servings:
2 cooked rice dishes
100 gr chicken fillets (optional)
50 gr yellow noodles, boil, drain
50 grams of cabbage or cabbage, thin slices
50 gr bean sprouts, lunch
50 gr caisim, cut 1 cm long
2 carrot seeds, thin slices
1 tablespoon of soy sauce (if desired)
Adequate vegetable oil
salt according to taste

Ground spices:
2 red chilies
cayenne to taste (for those who like spicy)
6 shallots
3 grains of garlic
10 cooked shrimp
Supplementary material:
Shrimp crackers to taste
Fried onion

How to make:
Prepare slices of vegetables that have been washed clean.
Boil the noodles in boiling water. Drain well.
Season the chicken filet with salt and a little pepper powder. Fried dry and shredded.

Blend the prepared ingredients with a mortar or blender until smooth.
Heat the oil in the pan with medium-high temperature until done. Add the spices to stir until they smell nice.
Add salt and vegetables, stir and cook for a while until the vegetables wilt. (Add from the hardest vegetables)
(Especially for caisim leaves or mustard greens, enter just before the fried rice is removed because caisim leaves are very fast / wilted)
Reduce the heat to medium temperature. Add cooked rice and shrimp mix well.
Add boiled noodles, stir again until blended, then (Flush the noodles boiled in cold water just before entering if the noodles clump and press the noodles in the filter to remove the water) Add soy sauce (if used). Stir quickly until smooth.
Finally enter the shredded fried chicken and shrimp. Stir briefly and remove from heat.
Serve fried rice immediately with crackers and a sprinkling of fried shallots.


Special Shrimp Fried Rice

The ingredients:

Salt to taste
1 cold white rice plate
1 egg
2 cloves of garlic
4 Red Onion Cloves
5 cayenne seeds (to taste)
3 chives, cut into small pieces
3 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of water
1 tablespoon of fried onions for sprinkling
4 tablespoons of vegetable oil
6 cooked shrimp (as big as a thumb or according to taste)
Tomatoes, lettuce, cucumber for decoration or according to taste.

How to make:

Blend the garlic, shallots and cayenne pepper
Gently shake the eggs and water.
Heat the oil in the pan until it's medium heat.
Add the mashed seasoning to a fragrant aroma and then add the leeks.
Stir and fry for about 30 seconds.
After that, add the eggs that have been mixed with the water before, stir until the eggs are cooked.
Next, put the rice in and stir it gently until it separates the rice from the lump.
Add the cooked shrimp and soy sauce. Stir until well mixed.
Finally, special shrimp fried rice is ready to be served. Add decorations to taste.
Finally sprinkle the fried onions on top.
