Irish Inspired Food

While corned beef and cabbage is a traditional dish, it is not a common dish in Ireland. What was once considered an extravagance, became a St. Patrick's Day staple among Irish-Americans. Many a St. Patrick's Day, I too have made corned beef and cabbage and even settled on a favorite recipe.

A few years ago, I decided to become more adventurous and try other dishes for St. Patrick's Day. Here are some fantastic recipes you may want to try.
