      I like this hub. I didn't know about this new pressure cooker. We had one when I was a kid and ate chitterlings(they cooked all day long). If you know what chitterlings are, then you know what they did to the smell of the house. My grandmother would have loved to have had those comfortable handles grab onto while stirring. I haven't had chitterlings since I realized what they are, but I bet this pressure cooker could cook a mean pot of collard greens.
