Dinner recipes: Beef Sandwitch

Beef Sandwich

You need

1 pound (1/2 kg) thinly sliced roast beef

1 cup chopped onion

3 chopped green onions

2 tbsp oil

2 tbsp vinegar

2 small bell peppers, chopped

1/4 tsp salt

1/8 tsp pepper

1tsp ground garlic

4 French rolls (6-inches)

lettuce leaves

1/4 cups mayonnaise


  1. Sauté onions in oil in a large saucepan over medium-low heat until tender
  2. In a Skillet, stir in sugar, vinegar, salt, pepper, and ground cloves. Cook over low heat, until liquid evaporates then mix with onion marmalade.
  3. Cool completely.
  4. Refrigerate in a tightly covered container
  5. To fill sandwiches, place lettuce leaves on bottom halves of toasted rolls.
  6. Arrange beef over letuce.
  7. Spread onion mixture evenly over beef.
  8. Add some onon rings and chopped bell pepper
  9. You can squeeze some mayonnaise uo to taste,
  10. Place top halves on rolls.
