Lemon Cilantro Dip

Ingredients

1) 6 tablespoons of Japanese mayonnaise (regular will do if you don't have that kind, but that kind is the best for this sauce) 2) 1 tablespoon of chopped cilantro 3) 1 1/2 teaspoons of lemon juice. (you can also use lime instead of lemon if you choose, they both work well) 4) 1 teaspoon of lemon zest (you make this by grating a bit of lemon peel gently. Again you can substitute this for lime if that is your desire) 5) Salt and pepper to your own desired taste.

Directions

Take all of your ingredients except the salt and pepper and mix them in a bowl. Make sure to mix them thoroughly. Add the salt and pepper last to your own taste. That's it. You're finished and ready to serve them.

Marinara or Ranch Dipping Sauce

If you choose, you can also go the traditional route by using marinara sauce and/or ranch dressing. Although, these are not homemade unless you want to go that route. However, that is for anther article. You can also add these to if you want a diverse variety of dipping sauces with the cheese sticks.

That's it. Now, you are finished. Your Super Bowl buddies, and/or your family will really thank you for it. Not to mention, these are great for vegetarians, but meat lovers tend to love these also. Even, kids will go wild for them. They are pretty much for everyone. Now, it's time to enjoy the game.

Will you be serving these fried cheese sticks on Super Sunday or for your family and friends?
