It's so easy and done in about 10 minutes!

Hello fellow Hubbers. Today I thought I would share a super simple recipe for you that is very quick to prepare as well. The other day I felt like making some pudding but I wanted to put some fruit in it as well for a healthier dessert. I found this dessert to be super simple, easy and fast. On top of that, it was really good!

Ingredients:

1. Jello Instant Pudding Mix- 2 packets (either French Vanilla flavor or plain Vanilla). I used French Vanilla

2. Milk (any kind)- 4 cups (use cold milk only)

3. Bananas- either 2 big sized ones or 4 small ones (plantains)

4. Nilla wafers (optional)- About 2-4 cups, depending on how much you personally like (I did not use them here).

Preparation:

Mix the pudding power and milk together. As you mix, it will become thicker in consistency. Let sit. Cut up the bananas into circles. Add the Nilla wafers (optional) if you want to. Then mix pudding with Nilla wafers (if you use them) before adding bananas. If you do not use the wafers, just mix bananas into the pudding and serve. Whatever you do not use, you can cover, refrigerate and use later on.

Serving size: 8-10 people

Preparation time: About 10 minutes

I hope this recipe turns out well for you. As always, comments, thoughts and ideas are greatly welcomed!

Hi SuperheroSales: I don't like the Nilla wafers in it either. I could eat it everyday if I had the chance :). Thanks so much for stopping by!
