Sweet and Sour Cabbage Soup - Ingredients and Method of Preparation
Sweet and Sour Cabbage Soup can be made in less than 30 minutes. The Ingredients and method of preparation of this Soup is given below.
- 1 Cup Shredded Cabbage
- 1 small Onion thinly sliced
- 1 small tomato chopped after removing skin
- Juice of ½ Lemon
- 2 pinch pepper
- 1 tsp Butter
- 1 tsp Sugar
- Chopped Coriander Leaves
- 3 cups of Hot Water
Method of Preparation
Melt Butter in a kadai. Add Cabbage and Onions and sauté till tender. Add Tomatoes and cook for another 5 minutes. Add hot water and the rest of the ingredients except curd and coriander leaves and allow the soup to simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from stove and add coriander leaves. Serve Hot in Soup Bowls after adding 1tsp of curd on top of the soup.
