Tangra fish recipe is specially famous in Bihar and Bengal zone of India mostly. The fish recipe is most liked because of its taste. I want to share easiest way to cook the fish recipe in my own style which is Bihari style.
Ingredients of Tangra Fish Recipe:
Black Peeper paste 1/2 spoon
Garlic paste 3 spoons
Cumin / Jeera paste 2 spoons
Red Chili paste ½ spoon
Coriander leaves 2 spoons
Tomato 2 pieces
Mustered seed’s paste 3 spoons
Salt according to taste
Cooking Method of Tangra Fish:
To cook the fish recipe you need clean that 1st. After that you have to fry that in mustered oil on lower flame.
Now, you have to fry all the spices with tomatoes. When your spice is red put the water 2 glass in that.
After some time you have to put all the Tangra fish in that spices. Within 10 minutes your fish recipe will be ready to eat.
